Pricing

  • TRACKSIDE SALES is committed to offering competitive pricing on our merchandise.  All prices are current as of December 1, 2007 and are subject to change without notice. 

 

Payment Methods

  • We accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover and PayPal.

 

Returns

  • TRACKSIDE SALES is committed to customer satisfaction.  You may return your purchase within 15 days for a refund or exchange with an approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  (Returns will NOT be accepted without an authorized RMA number).  Returns over 15 days will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.  Shipping & Handling is not refundable.  All returns must be in the original package in original condition and must include all manuals, paperwork, packing, etc.

  • You may request an RMA number by e-mailing us at sales@tracksidesales.com or by calling us at 1-800-640-3318.  This number must be printed on your shipping label and you must also include a copy of your original sales receipt.  The customer is responsible for shipping & handling costs for returned merchandise.  We cannot accept any postage dues or COD's unless it is a situation that has been authorized by us.  Please pack the merchandise safely so it reaches us in original condition. Upon receiving your AUTHORIZED return, you will be credited back the purchase price minus shipping & handling costs and a restocking fee if applicable.

  • Special order items are not returnable unless defective.
     

Defective Items

  • We will accept defective item returns within 15 days for an exchange or replacement.  You must obtain an RMA number in advance as described above.  You may also send it back to the manufacturer for repair or replacementIf you need warranty work or a replacement, please contact the manufacturer directly.  We will gladly help you obtain contact information.  If you still have any questions regarding returns, please feel free to contact us at sales@tracksidesales.com or contact the store at 1-800-640-3318.

 

Product Availability

  • We strive to maintain a full inventory of the items in our on-line catalog.  You will be notified if any items in your order will be backordered.  Merchandise will not be charged to your credit card until it has shipped.  If there are items to be back ordered, available merchandise will be shipped and backordered items will be shipped at a reduced rate.
     

  • The DCC industry has a 60-65% fill rate as a whole.  We make every effort to maintain these items in stock, but there are occasions when merchandise is temporarily unavailable.  We will notify you if such a shortage occurs and will backorder and ship items accordingly.

 

Shipping & Handling

  • Base shipping charge is $6.99.  Estimated shipping costs will be reflected during the Checkout process of internet orders.  All shipping costs are reviewed when we process orders to confirm accuracy.  You will be notified prior to order shipment of any change in shipping costs.
     

  • All in-stock orders with approved payment by 1:00 PM EST will ship the same day (Monday to Friday). All orders after 1:00 PM will ship the next business day.

Continental United States

  • We ship via UPS Ground or USPS (Priority Mail, First Class Mail) at our discretion.

International

  • We normally ship via USPS Priority Mail International. (Typical shipping time is 6 -10 days.)  Alternate shipping methods are available during Checkout.
     

  • Fees will be based on the country and delivery address provided during the Checkout Process.
